1. Who operates this site

This site is operated by Popeftimov Georgi, sole proprietorship (einzelunternehmen), trading as Georitham. Full details, including the postal address, are on the Impressum page, and how we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy. By using this site you accept the terms below.

2. Using the content

The text, layout, design, code and graphics on this site belong to us or to the parties credited, and are protected by copyright. You may read, download and print pages for your own private, non-commercial use. Reproducing, republishing or otherwise exploiting them beyond that requires our written permission.

"Georitham" and the logo are used as our trade identifiers. Nothing on this site grants a licence to use them.

3. No warranty on what is published here

We prepare this site with care, but we do not guarantee that the information on it is correct, complete or current, and we may change it at any time. Nothing here is professional advice for your particular situation, and nothing here is a binding offer. Every project is scoped and quoted individually in writing first.

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent Swiss law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and for personal injury, is not excluded. Swiss law does not permit that, and we would not try.

4. Links to other sites

Where we link to a website we do not operate, that content is outside our control and remains the responsibility of its own operator. A link is not an endorsement. Tell us at contact@georitham.ch if a link here now points somewhere it should not, and we will remove it.

5. Client work

This page does not govern work we do for clients. Each engagement runs on the individual written quote you accept: what we will build, what it costs, when it is finished, and anything else we agree in writing. What is not in that quote is not part of the job, and no general terms are silently imposed on top of it.

Sending an enquiry, or receiving a quote, creates no obligation on either side until that quote is accepted.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The version that applies is the one published when you use the site, and the date at the top always reflects it.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Georitham in Switzerland.

If any clause here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the clause is read as the closest enforceable version of what it meant.
