Web apps built around how you work

When off-the-shelf software almost fits but not quite, you pay the difference every day in manual work. We build the tool that does fit, and keep it to the one job it genuinely has to do.

  • Online booking
  • Payments & deposits
  • Client portals
  • Dashboards
  • Subscription products

Sound familiar?

  • Your process lives in a spreadsheet that only one person really understands.
  • You pay monthly for a tool and use two of its features, while the rest gets in the way.
  • Appointments are agreed on the phone and then copied into the calendar by hand.
  • Clients keep asking for a login where they can see their own paperwork.
  • You have a product idea that other people should sign up and pay to use.
In detail

What we build

Booking and appointments

An online booking system that knows what is free, writes straight into your calendar and sends the reminders. Double bookings stop being possible rather than being caught.

Payments and deposits

Card payments, a deposit taken at booking, recurring charges. Wired to an established payment provider, so no card details ever sit with you or with us.

Client portals

A place where your clients see their own documents, appointments or invoices, without someone at your end digging them out and emailing them over.

Dashboards

One view showing the three numbers you actually decide on. Not thirty tiles nobody can explain the arithmetic behind.

The result

What changes

The process lives in the tool

Not in one person's head, and not in a spreadsheet nobody else will touch.

Bookings happen overnight

Someone booking at half past ten at night books at half past ten at night. You see it in the morning.

Nothing typed twice

What gets booked appears in the calendar, the customer list and the numbers, with no one moving it.

It grows with you

A second location or an extra service is an addition, not a rebuild.

Questions

Common questions

Is a web app much more expensive than a website?
Usually yes, and how much more can be said upfront. A website shows everyone the same thing; a web app has to remember something per person, keep accounts apart and cope with mistyped input. That is where the work is. So we cut the part that remembers things down to the smallest version that is genuinely useful.
We already pay for a booking tool. Is custom worth it?
Sometimes it is not, and we will say so. Add up what you pay a year, then add the hours lost to workarounds because the tool does not know your process. If that total stays small, stay where you are. If it keeps growing, the conversation is worth having.
Do we need an app in the App Store?
For most businesses, no. A web app runs in the browser, with nothing to install and nothing to submit for review. A store app earns its keep when you need something the browser cannot reach, such as background notifications or working with no connection.
What if we want changes later?
You message us and we quote the change before making it. Because we built the tool, the person replying already knows your setup. There is no ticket queue, and no licence agreement that refuses you a feature.
